It's not really meant for multiple people printing but if printing is low then it might work out though the fuser (part of maintenance kits) would be very difficult to change compared to your P4015 and likely not be worth fixing. Note too this model only has a 250 sheet lower paper tray and a 100 page bypass/mp tray, an extra feed tray is listed on HP's site at around $150US that would give you a 550 sheet 3rd tray. Staples also has the M402DN lower costing too, that is duplex and network corded cable which your computers can print to if they are all connected to the same network, might be how you have the P4015 setup now with a wired network cord. It's recommended for 750-4,000 a month just make sure to buy the high yield toners (CF226X) as replacements those are good for around 9,000 pages compared to the standard A sized cartridge it ships with of 3,500 pages. You could try for the HP M402 that's not bad and Staples has a sale for the M402DW at $250US on their site right now.

You are not going to get a good reliable machine for under $500 that 3-4 people will be using. The P4015 is a pretty solid machine even at its age that can handle upwards of 15,000 pages a month.
